Kiele is a Natural Foods Chef and the founder of Conscious Chef, based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, New York.
She was born and raised both on the island of Guam and the San Francisco Bay Area, California, and has made New York her home for the past 18 years.
Her unique, well-traveled upbringing, as well as her keen eye and 14 year career in design, inspires her to create simple, healthy, flavorful dishes with aesthetic influences such as color, contrast, brightness, pattern and texture. Through her love of cooking and healthful living, she was moved to study Food and Healing at The Natural Gourmet Institute, Chef's Training Program.
She has a background in Food & Healing with a concentration in Whole Food Learning. She works in the NYC area as a private chef, cooking/wellness coach, health-supportive caterer, and has worked in a world-renowned restaurant in SoHo.
She seeks to create simple yet gorgeous dishes that taste delicious, while energizing, inspiring, and rejuvenating. Her food experience is intended to stimulate all the senses, and help to create balance and harmony within.
She is well versed in vegan, vegetarian, and carnivorous cuisine, and specializes in healthy, delicious alternatives.
